Ngara is a district capital in north-western Tanzania, about 25 miles from the border with Rwanda and Burundi. A coordinating committee from the Anglican Diocese in Wellington, New Zealand has taken up this project to raise funds and provide support to the people of Kagera so that they can have a secondary school at Ngara.
