Follow the link for a Parish webpage update form. All Parishes have been sent this form and we ask that they check their Parish webpage at Parishes and Churches, and if there are any updates required, to please fill in the form and return to this office.

Police Check Procedure and Form   -    Updated May 2019
The Diocese has a policy that a Police Check is valid for three years. It is the responsibility of the Parish to ensure that those requiring Police checks, do hold a current Police Check.

Annual General Meeting Nominations

All persons being nominated for positions on Vestry, as Synod Representatives and as the People's Warden, must be qualified for and on the Electoral Roll of the Parish in the nominations are being made.

Change of Address 

It is important that the Anglican Centre is kept up to date with your current contact details to ensure that communication is maintained.  Please complete the change of address form and return to the Anglican Centre.

Cheque Requisition Form 

Should you require reimbursement from the Anglican Centre, please complete the Cheque Requisition form and post, along with a legitimate GST invoice to P O Box 12046, Wellington 6144.

Faculties (updated 2015)

Faculties only affect churches – not halls or vicarages. As a rule, nothing should be obtained for use in a church until the Vicar and Churchwardens have been consulted.  If a purchase is contemplated, the request for a faculty should be submitted to the Archdeacon and approved before actual purchase is made.
