The Anglican Diocese of Wellington does not tolerate harassment or abuse in its Church community. Such issues are taken very seriously.
The Anglican Church is committed to ensuring that all people associated with the Church can participate in a healthy, safe and responsible environment.
When the welfare of any member of the Anglican community is impacted by misconduct or abuse, the Church will endeavour to provide immediate support to those affected.
The following procedures and process have been developed to enable such issues to be followed through and addressed in an appropriate manner.
- The Code of Ethics shall provide a statement of what both church members and the general public may expect from ministers....
- The Code of Conduct is for all people who hold a Bishop's Licence, and for others who minister under the authority of the Church, in the Diocese of Wellington.
