"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind and You shall love your neighbour as yourself." Matt 22:37,39.

St Peter's, Pahiatua is a changing church for changing times – our transforming God is calling us to deeper relationship and accountability.

We are a lively rural parish in the Tararua District that seeks to connect and be relevant to our community, nation and world.

Ministry includes – Parish Nursing, Coffee Club, services and meals to elderly, Kids Songs, on- site support of playgroups and Toy Library, Kids' Club and Holiday programmes, Bible in Schools, support of "Helping Hands", Cancer Society, Community transport, RSA Chaplaincy, Strengthening families, grief support and we are soon to start a Men's Group.

Our family and children's ministry is growing and we have employed Steph Aspinall as our Children's and Family Minister – we are committed to building intergenerational relationships.

"Do you love me? ...Feed my sheep."  Jn 21:17
