St John's - Featherston

We are a parish of several rural worship centres, but the two main churches are St John's in Featherston and St Andrew's in Martinborough.  Both of these have a 9.30am service every Sunday. 

There are strong connections to each community, in different ways.  In Martinborough there is a relationship with the local primary school, providing programmes out of school hours.  In Featherston the Sunday services are very family-focused.  There is a community youth worker driving a number of great ministries. It is a very active parish, with many groups running various special-interest activities. 

We are moving into an exciting new model of working closer with our neighbouring parishes in Greytown and Carterton.  Foundations are discipleship, team-building and sound theology.
