Wellington Institute of Theology

Wellington Institute of Theology, known as W.I.T.,  is a body set up by the Anglican Diocese of Wellington to explore contemporary theological and ethical issues, with particular reference to the context of mission and ministry in Aotearoa New Zealand. 

It is also a vehicle to enable all interested persons to study biblical and historical expressions of the Christian faith by providing theological workshops and regular theological symposia, both in Wellington and in other centres, and by maintaining a small but high quality theological library.
